My Rightful Data Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• Age: you must be at least 18 to use My Rightful Data.
• Accurate details: give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Security: you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else used it.

2. Your data and your listings

• Ownership: you keep ownership of every piece of data you submit. You allow us to store it, show your listings to verified buyers, and deliver a listing to a buyer who purchases it.
• Your promises: the data you submit is yours or yours to share, accurate, lawfully obtained, and does not break anyone's rights or any law.
• Prohibited data: you may not submit data that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or someone else's personal information. We may remove data that breaks these terms.
• Medical data: you may list medical data only if you have the legal right to share it, and you must attach the authorization the law requires.

3. Payments, fees and earnings

• Earnings: you earn money when a business purchases your listing, at the price shown when you listed it.
• Platform fee: we keep 20% of each transaction as a platform fee; the remaining 80% goes to the data contributors.
• Payouts: we pay earnings through Stripe Connect to the Stripe account you connect.
• Business purchases: businesses pay the listed price for each listing or bundle; payment is held in escrow until delivery.
• Refunds: all sales are final, except where we decide otherwise for a data quality problem or a technical error, or where the law gives a right to a refund.

4. Removal from data brokers

When you ask, we send removal requests to the data brokers you choose, using the details you give us. Each broker decides how and when to act on a request, so we cannot promise that every broker removes you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, fraudulent or misleading data, or data you do not own or have the right to share;
• use purchased data in any way the law does not allow;
• try to reverse engineer or get around our security;
• use automated tools such as bots or scrapers without our permission;
• harass, abuse or harm other users;
• sell or transfer your account to anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

The My Rightful Data software, design, name and logo belong to Global Vibing LLC. Your data stays yours, as described above.

7. Disclaimer

My Rightful Data is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Vibing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms or to My Rightful Data is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using My Rightful Data and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The sections on intellectual property, the disclaimer and the limitation of liability survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We post every change on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using My Rightful Data after a change, the new terms apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
